7th & 8th Grade Athletics
All students playing a sport at Kinard will need a doctor to complete the physical card (Middle School Authorization for Athletic Participation Form) prior to participation. Please return the card to the front office or directly to the coaches. We must have this card on file before your student will be allowed to participate. There is also a $75.00 PSD participation fee. Players must have proof of school or personal insurance to begin practice. For more information regarding individual sports, please reference the links below and contact coaches directly.
