Hey Kinard, it’s Emma with your wellness announcement.
Most of you buy lunch from the cafeteria and a few of you bring your own lunch. For those of you that bring your own lunch, what do you put in it? Do you put chips, soda and a few other sweet things? Or do you bring a sandwich or small salad with a bottle of water, and a few other small delicious fruits? Which one sounds better right off the bat? If you chose the salad, try to bring that to school for lunch tomorrow. For those that chose the soda, try to limit the amount that you bring to school and how often you bring it to school.
