Hello! My name is Ms. Sarah Bales and I am very excited to be teaching at Kinard this year! I grew up in right here in Fort Collins! I went to CSU, where I graduated Spring 2020 with a degree in History and Social Studies Education. I spent the 2020-2021 school year teaching at another middle school in PSD. This year, I will be joining the Mustang Family as a 7th Grade History Teacher.
Outside of school, I love enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. I spend my weekends going on hikes, eating at local restaurants, reading, and spending time with my friends. I am also a very big Colorado Avalanche fan! During the summer, I am the Leadership Director at a Girl Scout camp, where I combine my two passions of working with kids and being outdoors.
