Amy Archibald is an 8th Grade math teacher at Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School. This will be Ms. Archibald’s second year as a Mustang, and her third year as an educator. Prior to moving to Colorado, Ms. Archibald was a 6th Grade science and reading teacher in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Ms. Archibald received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education as well as a minor in both Mathematics and Middle Level Education from the University of North Dakota. During her first year as an educator, she continued her education and earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Dakota. As a teacher, she enjoys working with the students to create an engaging, meaningful math experience where students can build their confidence and continue to grow throughout the year.
Outside of school, Ms. Archibald enjoys golfing, hiking and often travels to the Minnesota lakes area to visit her family where you will find her fishing and enjoying lake activities. She is excited to continue her time as a Mustang and to share her passion for math with her students.
