Elizabeth Bean is a technology, 21st Century Media, and Entrepreneurship teacher at Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School. This is her 14th year of being a Mustang. Through those years, she has taught sixth through eighth grade English, history, and technology. She is also involved in Drama club at Kinard. Before coming to Kinard, Elizabeth’s professional experience started at Wellington Junior High where she student taught and was a tutor in the AVID program. Before moving to Kinard, she substituted throughout the district. She feels blessed to be a part of the wonderful Kinard community. Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University. For the past three years, she has participated in the Poudre School District's "Digital Innovation Program." She also plans to earn a Master’s Degree in technology sometime in the future. Outside of school, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, Bryan and 5 year old daughter, Annabelle. When Elizabeth is not teaching, she can be found reading, watching movies, playing on her computer, and writing. Elizabeth chose to go into education because she loves spending each day with kids. They inspire her.
