Important Information:

  • National Zipper Day

 

  • Aloha Kinard! Did you know that our school is hosting a luau on May 2nd for all Kinard students and their families? It will be from 5:00 to 7:00 and we will have food trucks, a DJ and more!! There is no charge to attend, but you will want to bring money for yummy food and desserts from 8 different food trucks. Come join us!

 

  • Attention ALL students with interest in engineering: CSU Engineering is coming this Friday at ELO for an interactive presentation with demonstrations for aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer engineering with AI technology, and biomedical engineering. There will be time for learning about college and career pathways in the many fields of engineering.  This event on Friday at ELO is in the Media Center, and you need to sign up. Look for the posters displayed around Kinard and in your classrooms to complete a short form by Wednesday to attend.  Space for this engineering event is limited to 60 students, so sign up today!  

 

  • Count your lucky stars. You get one more week before the LOST & FOUND will be donated. LOST & FOUND has been moved outside the main office. Everything will be donated this Friday. 

 

Clubs:

  • Fitness Club is today from 3:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Weight Room.
  • Baking Club has been canceled for today.


Athletics:

  • Our track and field team has a meet today at Timnath Middle High.  Those athletes are released at 1:40.
  • The girls golf team is released at 12:30 for their match at Southridge.
  • The boys golf team is released at 12:30 for their match at City Park.

 

Menu:

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
    • Gochujang Chicken Drumstick with Soba noodles
    • Protein Box
    • Chicken Caesar Wrap
  • Served for breakfast tomorrow are mini cinnamon rolls.
