Important Information:

  • National String Cheese Day

 

  • A reminder from Science Olympiad that we are hosting our first student informational meeting, today September 20th in Mrs. Murphy’s room, 526 during ELO. You need to come to this meeting if you want to participate in the Science Olympiad Club for the 2023-2024 school year, even if you have already made contact with Mrs. Murphy. We are also seeking a few more students to participate in the Science Olympiad club and would like to invite any students that may be curious about joining to come and participate in the meeting! If you are unable to attend today's meeting we will host another, brief "make-up" meeting on Tuesday, September 26th same time, same place. This meeting is our club's first and attendance to one of the meetings is a must. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, please contact Mrs. Murphy

 

  • Tomorrow is your last chance to enter to be the next Morty the Mustang. If you are interested, get a permission slip from the media center and fill it out with your parents tonight. Turn it back into the media center tomorrow. We’ll pick a winner next week. 

 

  • Students- Are you missing a bike helmet? We have a large collection of helmets that have been left on the skateboard storage rack in the cafeteria. We love that you are wearing helmets to ride safely to school each day, but please remember to grab them and wear them home each night too. At the end of this week, we will remove any helmets that remain on the rack to provide more room for skateboard and scooter storage. So make sure to take yours home with you by the end of the week!

 

Clubs:

  • Fitness Club is today after school until 4pm in the weight room.

 

Athletics:

  • Our volleyball team plays CLP this afternoon. Our varsity and Jv will be traveling to CLP and their release time is 1:25. Release time for our C1 and C2 team is 2:30. 
  • Our girls tennis team plays Preston at 3:30 at Fossil Creek Park. Release time for our girls tennis team is 2:40.
