Important Information:

  • National Pecan Cookie Day  

 

  • There is no school tomorrow for students.

 

  • Attention students: There is space left for up to 10 more students to join Give Next this year.  If you were unable to come to the meeting, but are interested to join this amazing program,  come today during ELO to room 300. Today is our next Give Next meeting.  All students who have already signed up for Give Next also need to attend.  We will be planning for our field trip to Kickoff Day at CSU.

    

  • Don’t forget to turn in your permission slip into the media center if you are interested in being Morty the Mustang, today is your last chance to enter.

 

  • Students- Are you missing a bike helmet? We have a large collection of helmets that have been left on the skateboard storage rack in the cafeteria. We love that you are wearing helmets to ride safely to school each day, but please remember to grab them and wear them home each night too. At the end of this week, we will remove any helmets that remain on the rack to provide more room for skateboard and scooter storage. So make sure to take yours home with you by the end of the week!

 

  • Also, don’t forget to check the LOST & FOUND before the long three day weekend.







 

Clubs:

  • Don’t forget about the Mustang Kickers Club that is today after school until 4pm in Mr. Yacobucci's Room (416). Come play and learn awesome hacky sack tricks, make new friends who share your passion for kicking it up a notch, and have a blast in a fun, inclusive environment that welcomes all skill levels! If you own a hacky sack, bring it! If you don't, we have plenty to go around. 

 

  • Next week's clubs:
    • Fitness Club meets Monday and Wednesday from 3:15-4:00 pm in the weight room.
    • Baking Club meets Monday from 3:15-4:15 pm in Room 300.
    • Math Counts meets Tuesday from 3:10 - 4:15 pm in the Media Center.
    • Mustang Kickers Club meets Thursday from 3:15-4:00 pm in Room 416.

 

Athletics:

  • Our boys tennis team plays Preston at Fossil Creek Park today at 3:30. Release time for our boys is 2:40 PM.

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Beef and bean burrito
    • Taco salad
  • Served for breakfast on Monday is a whole wheat bagel & cream cheese.
