Important Information:                                                                                                                      

  • Remember to turn your completed Winter Reading forms in to Ms. Kemeny in the library by Friday. Every entry gets a sweet treat and a chance to win a small toy, a book, a poster, or a Target Gift Card!
  • The next NJHS meeting will be this Monday, January 12th at 7:20 am in the Media Center. This meeting is for those members that participated last year, please bring your computer and planner.
  • Pop and Frozen Fridays is here tomorrow! Stop by the Mustang Corral after school to pick up yummy treats! 

 

Clubs:

  • Dungeons and Dragons meets today from 3:15 to 4:20 in Mr. Costello’s room 416
  • Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Teens Club will meet tomorrow morning from 7:30-8 am in Room 300
  • Pixels and Pencils meets tomorrow from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Houston’s art room 509
  • For anyone interested in Drama at Kinard, the after-school Theatre Club is starting up this semester. Find out more by coming to an ELO gathering in Mr. Wheeler’s classroom today. We’ll meet after school on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on January 21st. Come to Mr. Wheeler’s room at ELO today to discover Drama at Kinard.

 

Athletics:

  • Reminder to any 7th or 8th grade girl interested in playing Basketball.  Every day this week from 3:15 to 5:20 there will be camp in the main gym.  It's a great way to get warmed up for tryouts that start next Monday.  You do not need a physical, registration or fee to come to camp BUT you will need all three of those to try out.  If you have any questions, see Ms. Irvine.
  • Wrestling camp continues today and every day this week. Anyone interested in wrestling is welcome to participate. Official practices start next week.
