Important Information:    

  • Hey Mustangs! Today is the last day to turn in your library books to the Media Center See Mrs.Tackett if you have questions. 
  • Reminder to students there is no school tomorrow, enjoy your long weekend!       
  • Please restart your laptops today to refresh connections and process updates. Don’t forget to also restart your classroom spare laptop. Thank you for helping to keep our laptops in tip-top shape!                                                                                             

 

Clubs:

  • Dungeons and Dragons Club meets today from 3:15 to 4:20 in Mr. Costello’s room 416

 

  • TSA meets on Monday from 7:20 to 8:00 in Mr. Lardner’s room 409
  • Animal Lovers Alliance meets on Monday from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Eitsert’s room 313
  • Animation Club meets on Monday from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mrs. Springett’s room 323
  • Pickleball Club meets on Monday from 3:15 to 4:00 in the cafeteria
  • Baking Club is cancelled on Monday and is not meeting for the rest of the school year
  • There is no Theater Club meeting on Monday, Tech week with Mr. Wheeler starts on Monday at the Lincoln Center from 5:30-8:30 pm

 

 

Athletics:

  • JV Softball plays today at Wellington Middle High, release players at 1:15, load bus at 1:35  Good Luck Girls!
  • Our Girls Soccer team finished their season last night losing a heartbreaker to Timnath in the championship game. Our girls battled all the way to the end and we are proud of how they represented Kinard all season long. Great season girls!
  • Good Luck to the Kinard Boys and Girls Golf Teams as they compete in the District Tournament tomorrow! Congratulations to the athletes who earned their spot to represent Kinard:

Boys: Keegan Newton, Rylan Slater, Brantley Sinclair, Bronxden Florez, and Robert Bates                                                        Girls: Bianca Broadley, Melia Austin, Mia Olind, Violet Taylor, and Amelia Schultz

A special congratulations to Keegan Newton, who has also qualified for the 18-hole individual tournament and will be competing for a podium finish against some of the district’s top golfers. Mia Olind and Violet Taylor have also earned spots in the individual girls’ competition.                                                                                                                                                                                 Good luck to all of our golfers — we are proud of you and excited to see you compete!
