  • We would like to take a moment to inform everyone that Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, will be observed on October 11th and 12th. This important Jewish holiday is one of the holiest days in the Jewish calendar and is a time for reflection and prayer. It concludes the ten days that begin with Rosh Hashanah.  Yom Kippur is observed with a 25-hour fast, beginning at sundown and ending at nightfall the following day.  It is a time for individuals to reflect on their actions over the past year, seek forgiveness, and make amends with others. For those in our school community who are observing Yom Kippur, we recognize this time for personal reflection and spiritual growth.
