Important Information:

  • Giving a genuine compliment is an amazing positivity boost! But compliments are not only good for the recipients-they are good for the people who give them as well.  When you go out of your way to say something nice and give thoughtful praise to another person, it amplifies your self-confidence and nourishes your self-esteem.

Challenge:   Make someone’s day and share some positivity by giving someone else a genuine and heartfelt compliment.  It will make you both feel better!  Make sure your compliment is authentic, specific, and directed toward an action or choice the person made.  What is something you truly appreciate or notice as a unique quality in the other person?
