About Me

Hi!  My name is Laine Vie - my last name is pronounced just like the letter V :) 

This is my 13th year teaching but my first year at Kinard!  Before teaching Family and Consumer Science classes, I taught French for 9 years, but sewing and creating have always been my passion.  I am excited to share that with my students.  When I am not teaching I love to cook, travel, and spend time outside with my family.
