Important Information:
- Just two days until our Community Extravaganza! In addition to the FUN fundraisers sponsored by our Global Leadership and CARES classes, we will have nine food trucks. Trucks include Mama Perez Burritos, Wild Brats, Corn Doggies, Southern Twist Foods, Big Belly Brothers Barbeque, The Goodness Food Truck, and Indie-Yu. If those don’t tempt you, we’ll throw in Mary’s Mountain Cookies and Kona Ice! You can chow down on yummy food while you are listening and dancing to music played by our favorite DJ. This event is limited to Kinard students and their families. Come join the fun on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00.
- At our Career Fair on Friday, there were a lot of great conversations with professionals from over 30 fields. From all of the passports that were turned in here are the winners for a small prize. If you hear your name, please come to Student Services sometime today.

- Give Next will have their final meeting of the year tomorrow from 3:15 to 4 pm in room 509
- Pokemon Club has been cancelled tomorrow and next week, returning on May 20th
Athletics:
- Due to the weather, we have a handful of significant changes to athletics after school today. If you are an athlete, please pay close attention to the following announcements.
- Today’s Track meet has been cancelled due to the weather. Track will not have practice today, enjoy the day off.
- Boys Golf is cancelled due to the weather, enjoy the day off.
- Girls Golf plays tomorrow at City Park. Girls golf will not practice today.
- Varsity Softball play tomorrow at Boltz. Softball will practice in the cafeteria after school.
- Girls JV Soccer play tomorrow at Lincoln. Soccer will not practice today, enjoy the day off. The Kinard Girls Soccer finished their regular season undefeated with a win against Boltz yesterday. That's right, undefeated! They will be gearing up for the playoffs next week.
- Unified Basketball still has practice, see you in the gym!
