Important Information:

  • October is Futures Month:  Take time to think about what you like to do and how that might fit into a career someday.  Answer this question, if you could have any job right now what would it be and why?  The best career choices are usually ones that match your interests and abilities.

  • Take care of yourself on Sunday, October 9th, at the city’s Self-Care Teen Fair.  The location is the Museum of Discovery in Old Town, and the time is 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.   Skateboarding, food, art, music, yoga—and it’s all free—even the food!  Join other Fort Collins teens in treating yourself on Sunday!

  • Don’t forget about Kinard’s Character Challenge this week by being on time where you need to be with all materials and ready to learn.

  • Do you want a chance to win a sweet treat from Lamar’s donuts, TCBY, and even Dominos! Then don’t forget to donate towards CANS around the Oval in your first period class. You can bring canned goods, nonperishable items, cash/coins, or checks. You can also donate to school pay.
