Important Information:

  • National Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Day

 

  • Please check the lost and found before the long three day weekend, next Friday everything will be donated and lost for good.

 

  • Kinard Character Challenge winners are:
    • Henry Peterson
    • Stella Konstanty
    • Please come to the front office to claim your prize!

 

  • ATTENTION 7th Graders!   If you are thinking about going to college and are wondering what it would be like, there’s an opportunity for you to find out.  On May 2nd, 20 students from Kinard will take a bus to Colorado State University for a tour of the campus, hear about the pathway to college, eat lunch, and learn from CSU staff and athletes.  The bus will return to Kinard in time for ELO.  If you’re interested, come to Student Services to pick up the brief application and flier.  Applications are due Monday, April 24th.   If more than 20 students apply, students will be selected randomly through a lottery system.  

 

  • Today is Restart Thursday!  Teachers:  please remind your students to restart their laptops today to refresh connections and process updates. Thank you for your help to keep our laptops in tip-top shape!

 

Clubs: 

  • No clubs on Friday because of Teacher Collaboration Day
  • Fitness club is on Monday and Wednesday
  • Theater club is on Monday and Friday 

 

Athletics:

  • Unified basketball had an amazing home win yesterday. So many players scored, had fun, and played hard!
  • Boys golf plays Lincoln today!  Those athletes will be released at 1:00.
  • The JV softball team plays Wellington today here at home.  Those athletes are released at 2:30.

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Beef and bean burrito
    • Taco salad
  • Served for breakfast on Monday is a whole wheat bagel and cream cheese.
