- National Truffle Day
- Today is it! The last day to check out books in your Kinard Media Center is today! All media center books are due back by May 16th.
- A shoutout goes to the Kinard girls softball team for their win against Blevins yesterday with a score of 17-5. Both varsity and JV teams represented and once again pulled off a defeat with their excellent batting, baserunning, and fielding. Tori did an outstanding job on the mound pitching the whole game. Other highlights include consistent fielding by Addi K. at first and Kate continues to make stealing home nearly impossible behind home plate. Keep up the great work ladies!
- Tomorrow May 3rd is bike or roll to school day!! Grab your bike, scooter, or wheels of some sort to get to school instead of riding in a car. If you choose to walk or roll, stop by the table in the front of the school and put your name in a raffle to win cool prizes. We will have fun music playing, and Morty the mustang will be there!

- Our softball team takes on CLP at CLP today. The release time is 1:25.
- The boys golf team plays Timnath today at Southridge. Those players will be released at 1:30.
