Important Information:                                                                                                                      

  • The countdown to the Scholastic Book Fair has begun! From December 9th through the 13th, the Book Fair will visit Kinard with hundreds of the best book options that YOU get to choose from. The best week of the year is just around the corner and we look forward to seeing you there!
     
  • The next NJHS meeting will be this Monday, December 8th at 7:20 in the Media Center. This meeting is for those members that participated last year, please bring your computer and planner.
     
  • Pop & Frozen Fridays is cancelled tomorrow and next Friday.   It will return Friday, December 19th with special treats for Winter Break.
     
  • The CU Middle School Honor Band results are in and Kinard had the most students selected in the state for the third year in a row! 

    Congratulations to- Delaney Moss, Josh Kirk, Alex Arakawa, Autumn Moore, Jien Huang, Luke Dunnington, Marian Lignell, Vedant Jathar, Micah Dietrich, Shaurya Misra, Sophia Gao, Vivienne Tilley, and Alex Klausner.

 

Clubs:

  • Dungeons and Dragons Club meets today from 3:15 to 4:20 in Mr. Costello’s room (416)
  • Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Teens Club will meet tomorrow from 7:30 to 8 am in room 300
  • Pixels and Pencils meets tomorrow from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Houston’s art room (509)

 

Athletics:

  • Congratulations to the JV and Varsity Basketball Teams for continuing their winning ways against Lesher last night with important victories.  The C and D teams left it all on the court but came up a little short against some excellent competition.  Teams play against Lincoln on Monday.
