- National Save the Eagles Day
- The Kinard Winter Read-A-Thon entries are now being taken in the Media Center. For every hour you read over winter break you get one entry to WIN a prize! More hours…more entries! We are giving away books, posters and fun gifts! Enter to win by this Thursday during ELO; winners are announced Friday!
Clubs:
- Fitness club is today from 3:15 - 4pm in the Weight Room.
- STEM Club is today from 3:15 - 4pm in Room 315.
- Mustang Kickers Club and Dungeons & Dragons Club are tomorrow.
Athletics:
- The Kinard winter sports optional preseason camps are going on now!
Girls basketball preseason camp is held in the Kinard main gym through Friday from 3:30 - 5:30 for 7th and 8th graders. Basketball tryouts are next week; more information on that later this week.
The wrestling preseason camp is open to all 6th,7th and 8th grade students. The wrestling camp is held from 3:30-5:30 in the small gym every day this week. Wrestling is a non-cut sport and team practice begins next Tuesday, January 16th.
