  • The NJHS meeting that was scheduled for Monday, February 24th has been canceled and rescheduled for the following Monday, March 6th in Mrs. Darrow's room.

 

  • Twelve amazing Kinard mathletes recently competed in the Northern Colorado Chapter’s MathCounts Competition. Our team of four students finished in 2nd place and will represent Kinard and our Northern Colorado Chapter at the state competition on March 18th. Three additional students qualified for the state event by finishing in the top 17 (out of 79) competitors.
    •  Please recognize the efforts and accomplishments of all our competitors who competed, collaborated, and became better problem solvers!

 

  • State Qualifying Team Members: Riley Wang, Ellie Wang, Neo Luo, Sadie Anderson
  • State Qualifying Individuals: Alex Wang, Ilai Cribelli, Erika Tang

  • Your “Rate Your Date” sheet is due to the media center TODAY!   Thank you to those who participated in this FUN February event!  

 

  • Today is Restart Friday!  ELO and World Language Teachers:  please remind your students to restart their laptops today to refresh connections and process updates.   Thank you for your help to keep our laptops in tip-top shape!

Clubs:

  • Fitness club is on Monday and Wednesday
  • Theater club Theatre Club will need to move from MONDAY, February 27 rehearsals to WEDNESDAY, March 1 .
  • Math Counts is on Tuesday 
  • Running club is on Tuesday and Thursday
  • STEM club is on Thursday 

Athletics:

  • The girls basketball program had another successful night on all four levels against Webber.  The JV team handed Webber its 2nd loss of the season, the Varsity notched another victory and the C teams continued to roll with undefeated records.

  • Today the lunch options are:

    • Pig in a blanket
    • Meat lovers pizza
  • Served for breakfast on Monday are french toast sticks
