Daily Announcements

Important Information:

  • National Marzipan Day

  • On Monday, January 15 we do not have school in observance of Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. day. On Monday, we will honor the legacy of Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. His desire was for us all to live in a beloved community: a community in which everyone is cared for, absent of poverty, hunger, and hate.  The mission in our school district to "Educate: Every Child, Every Day" furthers Dr. King’s dream. On Monday, everyone is invited to participate in the community-wide Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. March.  This year’s theme for the march is “It starts with us.” The march starts at 11:00 am at the CSU oval and will conclude at the Lincoln Center approximately around 12:45 pm with events to follow.
  • As Doctor Martin Luther King once said…"If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward."
