Important Information:

  • National Violin Day

 

  • Hey Kinard! To celebrate a wonderful first semester and to have a little fun, we’re going to be hosting some Mustang Spirit Days starting on Monday, December 19. Each day will be a different spirit celebration to allow everyone a chance to have fun and express themselves. We encourage you to participate and to select school-appropriate spirit outfits each day. Spirit week attire should align with the PSD dress policy. The spirit day themes are…
    • Monday, December 19: Cozy Pajama Day
    • Tuesday, December 20: Flannel Day
    • Wednesday, December 21: Ugly Sweater Day

 

  • HELLO Kinard!  TOMORROW there will be a laptop charger check in during first period!  That is right, you will need to have your charger with you tomorrow during your first period class.  Have you misplaced your laptop charger this semester?   No problem!  Just plan to bring in the $27 replacement fee on Thursday.

 

  • Laptop Safety Class
    • A laptop safety class is being held today in the media center during lunch. Students who have incurred damage to their laptops and have not yet attended this class will receive a pass to attend today.  Students will leave their belongings in their lockers or classroom and bring their lunch to the media center.  

 

  • If you are interested in being part of Kinard’s morning announcements, please stop by the Student Services office and talk to Mrs. Beecher during the beginning of ELO. The deadline to sign up is this Friday, December 16th. 
  • If you like donating your missing items then please don’t check the LOST & FOUND, otherwise all LOST & FOUND items will be donated next week before the holiday break. 

 

Clubs:

  • Fitness club is today after school until 4pm in the small Gym. 
  • STEM club is tomorrow after school from 3:15-4pm in Room 315 . 
  • Running club is also tomorrow outside the gym from 3:15-4pm.

 

Athletics:

  • The last regular season basketball games are today!  Our Mustang teams play Lesher and the Varsity and JV play at Lesher and the C1 and C2 teams play at home.  Varsity/JV release time is 1:40 and C1 and C2 will be released at 2:30.

 

Menu:

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Asian bar general Tso steak or chicken
    • Turkey avocado club wrap
    • Buffalo chicken pizza
  • Served for breakfast tomorrow is a cinnamon roll
