Important Information:

  • Remember to get your favorite Kona Ice treat to help raise money for the Science Olympiad today immediately after school beginning at 3:10 until 5:30 pm.  Enjoy as a yummy after-school treat or during the football game.  Keep in mind there is no food allowed on the turf field or in the school building.  

 

Clubs:

  • Attention all Kinard students: This is a reminder that the Social Justice Service Learning Team has its first meeting today during ELO.  Come learn how you can join a student team who increases recognition of cultural diversity and of honoring our national observances.  Teachers, please send any students who are available and interested in this opportunity to the Media Center today at 2:35 pm.  See Mrs. Grigg for any questions at her office-Room 306 in the downstairs 6th grade pod.

 

  • Reminder- if you’re interested in the Give Next Club, come learn about it today after school in the Media Center.  We would love to have you join us and bring your friends to learn about the many organizations in our area that support important issues and how you can give $5,000 to our community in service learning. See you for Give Next after school in the Media Center!

 

 

Athletics:

  • Girls Volleyball plays Wellington, Var/JV need to be released at 1:15, load the bus at 1:35; C Teams need to be released at 2:30 and will play here at Kinard
  • Girls Tennis have a match against Blevins at Spring Canyon Park, release players at 1:10 and load bus at 1:30
  • Our Football Team takes on Wellington here at Kinard, please release players at 2:30
  • Looking ahead to tomorrow…our Cross Country runners have a meet at Spring Canyon Park
