Important Information:

  • Thanks for supporting CANS Around The Oval! Monday will be our next collection day. Please bring all donations to your first period class on Monday. Donating helps out food insecure families and the food bank a lot. If every student donated three dollars each day, that is almost 5000 meals given to those in need. Thank you for supporting those in need!
  • Pop and Frozen Fridays is cancelled today and will be returning next Friday, October 10th.
  • Today is Restart Friday! Regular and specialty ELO Teachers: please remind your students to restart their laptops today to refresh connections and process updates. And don’t forget to also restart your classroom spare laptop. Thank you for helping to keep our laptops in tip-top shape!

 

Clubs:

  • Pixels and Pencils meets today from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Houston’s art room 509
  • Animal Lovers Alliance meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Eitsert’s Room 313
  • Baking Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:30 in Room 300
  • Fitness Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:00 in the Fitness Room by the small gym
  • Animation Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mrs. Springett’s Room 323.
  • Our next NJHS meeting is this Monday, October 6th at 7:20 am in the media center. Please bring your scissors as we will be making dog and cat toys for the Humane Society. Tee shirts will be provided.
  • TSA (Technology Student Association) which normally meets on Monday mornings has been cancelled this Monday and will return on Monday, October 13th. Please be working on your projects and email Mr. Lardner with questions.

 

Athletics:

  • Cross Country has a meet today at Fossil Creek Park, release runners at 1:15, load bus at 1:35.  Good Luck Runners!
  • The first round of the Volleyball District Championship is Monday

 

Menu:

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Local Pork Green Chili Bowl
    • Chicken Strips and Roll
    • Fruit and Yogurt Box
    • Turkey or Ham and Cheese Sandwich
  • Breakfast Monday will be Pancake and Sausage Wrap
