Important Information:
- Join us this Thursday, September 10th, from 5 - 7 for our annual Wellness Fair. There will be opportunities to win prizes, receive giveaways, and learn more about the 8 dimensions of wellness. We will have a variety of presenters, including UC Health EMS, Twin Silo BMX, The Gardens on Spring Creek, Colorado Youth Outdoors, and more! Adults and students who tour the Wellness Fair and turn in a completed bingo card will have a chance to win various prizes like gift cards, free passes, memberships and apparel donated by our wonderful community partners. We will also have food, dessert trucks and music. You don’t want to miss this fun community event!
Clubs:
- Hey Kinard! Do you love animals and want to get involved in helping them? Consider joining the student-led club, Animal Lovers Alliance! Our mission is to provide support for animals and the organizations dedicated to their care, such as shelters, rescues, and sanctuaries. We actively engage in a variety of creative projects and fundraising events, which not only raise essential funds but also foster a sense of community and involvement among our members and supporters. We believe in making these activities inclusive, allowing everyone to participate, and contribute their skills, whether it’s through crafting, raising money, or sharing ideas. Together we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals in need and the organizations that strive to protect them. We will meet on Mondays from 3:15 to 4:00 in the small gym with Mrs. Jordan. For more details, reach out to student Ava Lowry, or come to our first meeting on September 14th!
