Important Information:

  • National Farmer’s Day!  
  • ATTENTION GIVE NEXT STUDENTS: Today, is an important Give Next meeting. Our classroom donors are coming to visit. Please be sure to arrive in room 300 BEFORE ELO starts at 2:30 so you can welcome our guests. See you later today!
  • There are many different avenues after high school.  Some go into the military to get training, some enroll in a 2-year school for specific job skills, some go to a 4 year university, and others go onto work before they decide if they need more school.  Look at all your options as you explore.  
  • There is a Teen Self-Care Fair in Fort Collins this Sunday from 11am-4pm at the Museum of Discovery in Old Town.  It ‘s free to attend and offers lots of activities like yoga, free food, therapy dogs and more!  Come to Student Services to see a flyer and to learn more. 

Clubs:

  • No Kickers Club  today due to Parent/Teacher Conferences.
  • FCA/FCT club is tomorrow from 7:30 - 8am in room 300.

Athletics:

  • Fall sports are officially over. Congratulations to both our JV football team who beat Boltz 16-14, and our varsity volleyball team who beat Blevins 2-0. 
  • For all 7th and 8th grade boys interested in trying out for the Kinard basketball team, preseason camp starts on Monday of next week. Any 7th or 8th grade boy is eligible to participate in the preseason camp. Those interested should be in the gym ready to play at 3:30 on Monday.

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Taco bar beef or chicken
    • Taco salad
  • Served for breakfast tomorrow is a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese.
