At Kinard, we are committed to a well-balanced curriculum that fosters a healthy whole child experience. Our encore courses in the arts continue to produce quality results. In 2015, all three of the music programs at Kinard were invited to perform at the Colorado Music Educators Association (CMEA) Conference in late January 2016. This unique opportunity to showcase the incredible talent, dedication, and hard work of our Band, Orchestra, and Choir students is a huge honor. The CMEA recognition is a validating testament to the excellence of our music education programs at Kinard, as only a handful of school programs across the state of Colorado are extended this invitation from the CMEA each year. It is truly rare to have all three of Kinard's music programs represented at this state conference in the same year. The conference and performances will be held in Colorado Springs in January.
