Important Information:   

  • Seventh graders interested in making a difference in themselves, our school and community: consider applying for Kinard CARES or Global Leadership next year.  There is a meeting in the cafeteria TODAY during ELO to introduce these classes and go over the application process. Please check in to your ELO for attendance, and then come directly to the cafeteria.
     
  • Science Olympiad will be having a team meeting on Friday, January 16th during ELO. Please check in to your regular ELO for attendance and then come to room 526 for a short meeting.
     
  • Attention 7th Graders-Students who signed up for the Advanced PE Interest Session during ELO today need to check in with their ELO teacher and then report to the Main Gym by 2:35 pm ready to move. If you didn’t sign up for one of these interest sessions and would like to learn about Advanced PE, feel free to come down today.

 

Clubs:

  • Fitness Club meets today after school from 3:15 to 4:00 in the Fitness room by the small gym
  • Give Next meets today from 3:15 to 4:00 in Mrs. Houston’s classroom room 509
  • Science Bowl meets today from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Eitsert’s room 313
  • Pokemon Club meets today from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mrs. Griffey’s room 710
  • Dungeons and Dragons Club meets tomorrow from 3:15 to 4:20 in Mr. Costello’s room 416

 

Athletics:

  • Today is the last day for Girls Basketball Tryouts in the main gym from 3:15 to 5:20.  If you have any questions, see Ms. Irvine.
  • Wrestling practice continues today.  If you have questions, see Coach Rick in the small gym.

  • Today the lunch options are:

    • Ham or Turkey and Cheese Sandwich
  • Breakfast Tomorrow will be Pancake and Sausage Wrap
