Important Information:

  • Hey Talented Mustangs!  Submissions for the virtual Talent Show continue this week!  We are looking forward to seeing all the amazing things that you can do, so go to flipgrid.com/kinardtalent and submit your video.  Videos must be five minutes in length or shorter, and don’t forget to also follow the Google Form link on the Flipgrid page to submit more information on your act.  See Mr. Graham with questions.

  • Hey 7th graders! Tomorrow morning, you will come to the media center with your 2nd period class to get your vision and hearing screened!  Please remember to wear your glasses or contacts AND thanks for being quiet in the media center – this helps our volunteers out so much.

  • Have you seen have you seen the growing avalanche of appreciation in the 7th grade pod?  Stop and look at the many things we are grateful for here at Kinard!  If you haven't had a chance to add your thoughts, ask a teacher for a card.  All entries are turned into Student Services.

  • Attention 8th grade students: Rosters for your registration presentations are posted in the green pod both upstairs and downstairs.  Your rooms are divided by the school you will be attending in 9th grade.  If you think there is an error in the posted lists, please come to student services to help us correct the information by Thursday afternoon.

Sports:

  • Congratulations to the 8th grade basketball teams that kept their winning streak alive yesterday with convincing wins over Boltz 42-26 in the varsity game and 27-12 in the JV game.

The 7th grade team traveled to Boltz and fought hard but came up short in the varsity game            and then lost in a sudden death overtime in the JV game.  We are so proud of our Mustang             athletes!

  • Science Fair Club members!  Science Fair Club does not meet today.

  • NJHS will meet tomorrow morning in the media center at 7:30.

Menu:

  • Today for lunch we are serving cheese calzones, chicken ceasar wrap, or hamburger/ cheeseburger. Tomorrow for breakfast we will serve cinnamon toast crunch soft filled bars.
