Important Information:

  • Pop & Frozen Fridays is here today!  Stop by the Mustang Corral after school to pick up popcorn, drinks, or ice cream.  Come grab something to celebrate the end of the week!
     
  • Today is Restart Friday! Regular and specialty ELO Teachers: please remind your students to restart their laptops today to refresh connections and process updates. And don’t forget to also restart your classroom spare laptop. Thank you for helping to keep our laptops in tip-top shape!
     
  • This week marks the 50th Anniversary of IDEA and Inclusion. IDEA makes sure every child  has a fair chance to learn and be included, no matter what challenges they have. Inclusion means making sure everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued for who they are. It’s about noticing and celebrating our differences-like our cultures, abilities, and ideas and making sure no one is left out. When we include others we create a community where everyone can belong, learn, and shine together. 

    Each day this week, you have taken part in small actions and reflections that help make our school a place where everyone feels seen, heard, and included.

    Today our theme is Team Up! - Challenge:  Write or tell someone a quick reflection for the week: “One thing I will keep doing to make my school more inclusive is…”

    Reminder:  Don’t forget to get your free bag of popcorn at lunch if you are wearing your Mustang gear.

 

Clubs:

  • Pixels and Pencils which normally meets Friday after school has been cancelled today and will return as normal after break.
  • The following clubs meet the Monday after Fall Break:
    • TSA (Technology Student Association) meets on Monday morning from 7:20 to 8:00 am in Mr. Lardner’s Room 409
    • Animal Lovers Alliance meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:15 in Ms. Eitsert’s Room 313
    • Baking Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:30 in Room 300
    • Fitness Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:00 in the Fitness Room by the small gym
    • Animation Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mrs. Springett’s Room 323
    • Pickleball Club meets on Monday after school from 3:15 to 4:00 in the cafeteria

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Chicken and Waffles
    • Cold Deli Yogurt and Seasonal Bread
    • Chef Salad
  • Breakfast Monday after break will be Breakfast Sausage Pizza
