Important Information:                                                                                                                      

  • It’s finally here! The Scholastic Book Fair is now open! There are so many new and amazing books to choose from-and the choice is all yours! You can visit the book fair in the Media Center this week. Can’t wait to see you at the fair!
     
  • Hey Mustangs, we want to have a little fun and festivity to end our first semester, so we will be hosting another Spirit Week next week. Listen in for the themes for each day:
     
    • Monday, December 15th will be Pajama Day where you can wear some cozy winter pjs to school.
    • Tuesday, December 16th will be Winter Wonderland Day so dress in all white and blue for a frosty day of fun.
    • Wednesday, December 17th will be Festive Holiday Gear Day where you can wear an ugly sweater, fun holiday hat, and other holiday-themed attire.
    • Thursday, December 18th will be Winter Flannel Day so wear your favorite flannel ensemble for a warm, wintery day.
    • And Friday, December 19th will be Kinard Spirit Day to help us end the semester with a great celebration- we’ll have popcorn for anyone wearing Kinard shirts at lunch and finish the day with an all-school celebration assembly.

Clubs:

  • Fitness Club meets today after school from 3:15 to 4:00 in the Fitness Room by the small gym
  • Give Next meets today from 3:15 to 4:00 in Mrs. Houston’s classroom Room 509
  • Pokemon Club meets today from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mrs. Griffey’s Room 710
  • Science Bowl is cancelled today and will resume next week
  • Science Olympiad is having a club meeting today during ELO.  Please check in to your ELO for attendance and then come to Ms. Blumberg's room (526) at 2:35.
  • Dungeons and Dragons Club meets tomorrow from 3:15 to 4:20 in Mr. Costello’s Room 416

 

Athletics:

  • Our Boys Basketball Teams have their last regular season games today against Webber.  C/D Teams play at Webber, release players 1:25, load bus at 1:40.  Varsity/JV play here, release players at 2:30, game starts at 3:30.  Good Luck Boys!

  • Today the lunch options are:

  • Breakfast Tomorrow will be Breakfast Sausage Pizza
