Important Information:

The 3rd Annual Kinard Dodgeball Tournament is THIS Thursday! Please make sure that your captain has paid your $30 team fee to the Main Office. All teams will be receiving a schedule packet when you check in on Thursday. Red Division check in will be at 3:30pm and Blue Division check in will be at 5:15pm outside of the Big Gym. Please refer to tiny url dot com slash Kinard dodgeball for more information about the night!
This weekend our three Science Olympiad teams attended the Northern Regional Competition where they competed in Science and Engineering events against 33 other Northern Colorado Teams. We walked away with an 11th place victory for Red team, 3rd place for Blue team, and 2nd place for Gold team. Blue and Gold teams will be advancing to the State Competition in April. Great job Science Olympians!!
Did you know Kinard is now home to the winner of the Colorado State Spelling Bee? Nikhil Ganta beat hundreds of contenders along the way in a triumphant win in Denver last week. He will now head to Washington D.C. To compete with other spellers for the ultimate glory. Good luck at Nationals Nikhil!

Baking Club has been cancelled today and will return after Spring Break
Comic Bookers meets tomorrow from 3:15 to 4:15 in Mr. Graham’s room 311
GSA Club meets tomorrow from 3:15 to 4:00 in Mr. Rollings room 312
Yodeler’s Society has been cancelled tomorrow and will return after Spring Break

Athletics

Reminder-Girls Soccer Camp starts today after school and tryouts start after Spring Break.
Our Wrestling Team competed in the district championship this past Saturday and performed exceptionally well. As a team, Kinard took third place overall. We had four wrestlers win and become individual district champions in their weight class. Congratulations to Owen Boyle, Henry Dumbleton, Colter Smailes and Cole Scott on their 1st place finishes. We also had three second place finishers and four fourth place finishers. Many of these wrestlers will continue on to wrestle at the Colorado regional tournament this coming Saturday. Good luck!
