Important Information:

Attention students with Career Mentorship ALPs: Your group meets today for ELO with Mrs. Grigg in room 300. ELO teachers will have the names of students to send today. Students with a Career Mentorship ALP, it is important that you please arrive promptly with your laptop to room 300 by 2:35 pm. Thank you for being on time and see you later today!

There is a NJHS meeting for current members on December 4th at 7:30 in the Media Center.

Hey everyone, we want to take a minute to talk about something super important. Everyone struggles, even if it doesn’t seem like it. It’s OK to not be OK. Here at Kinard and in PSD, we care about ourselves and each other. We all belong here, and you are never alone. If it just feels like too much and you don’t know what to do, remember:
- If you need support in school now, connect with a trusted adult or a counselor. Counselors will connect you to help.
- If someone you know needs help, ask how they’re doing, listen to them, and connect them to a trusted adult or a counselor. If you’re not in school, talk to a family member or call or text 988.
- As we mentioned, we have incredible counselors, Ms. Irvine and Mrs. Young to talk to, and we have a student wellness room that students can access.
- Again, it’s OK not to be OK. There are resources and people available to help. You are never alone, there is always hope.

Remember that tomorrow is the last day to check the LOST & FOUND before everything will be donated, so if you cherish your items or don’t want to have to replace them make sure to check the LOST & FOUND before Friday.

Clubs:

NaNoWriMo Club is today from 3:15 - 4 pm in Room 416. Our last NaNoWriMo meeting of the year is this Thursday, the 30th!"

“Hey Kinard, we have another new student-led club starting up this week! Come check out Dungeons and Dragons Club in Mrs. Hergenreder’s room (#505) today from 3:15-4:00. After this week, D and D club will meet every Thursday from 3:15-4:15 after school.”

"Mustang Kicker's Club is canceled this Friday and will resume next week. We will go back to our normal Thursday meeting schedule starting on December 7th.

Athletics:

Congratulations to all four boys basketball teams who poured on the offense yesterday against CLP. JV and Varsity both won by about 20 and everyone got lots of playing time. C1 won their game 34-2 and C2 dominated 59-2. Our next game is against Lesher on Monday.
