We are looking forward to meeting you and sharing information about Kinard at our Back to School Night, Thursday, August 22. The purpose of Back to School Night is to provide parents with insight into your child’s daily schedule and classroom routines. This is a great opportunity for parents/guardians to meet teachers, ask questions, tour classrooms, and learn about a variety of school resources to support your child’s learning throughout the year. We have designed the evening to focus on a parent audience. We encourage students to stay at home so that parents can authentically engage with our staff and to accommodate the appropriate volume of people who are occupying our facility and classrooms.
We will start our presentation promptly at 6 p.m. Door will open at 5:30 p.m., so we suggest you arrive early to secure parking. We also encourage carpooling, walking, or biking to Kinard if possible, as we anticipate a high turnout.
During the event, you will rotate through all of your student’s current classes. The event will run from 6:00 p.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m. See the linked Back to School Night 2024-25 Handout for a detailed timeline of the evening.
