About Me

Shara Van Huss-Willis has been teaching for over 17 years.  She began teaching after volunteering for AmeriCorps in Austin, TX and graduating from the University of Texas at Austin.  She has taught a variety of subjects and grade levels.   Some of her favorite things to do include hiking, camping, painting, reading, writing and learning new things.  She loves all types of animals and appreciates time with her family most of all!

As a teacher, Ms. Van Huss-Willis appreciates authenticity paired with positive attitudes and effort.
