Important Information:

  • Kinard’s Character Challenge
    • One of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens is to “seek first to understand, then to be understood.” How do you practice this habit in your life? Do you actively listen and absorb information when others are speaking?
    • Challenge: Be intentional to actively listen when someone else is talking, whether that is your teacher or a classmate in class or a friend telling you a story at lunch. Focus on their words, what they are telling you, and seeing from their perspective, instead of what you want to say next or your perception of what they’re saying.

You can also donate to school pay. You can bring your donations to your first-period class. Our goal is to raise 6,000 dollars and 3,000 pounds worth of food!  The first-period class in each grade with the most donations will receive a sweet treat from Lamar's donuts, TCBY, and even Dominos!  Remember to donate!
