Important Information:

  • National Compliment Day

 

  • "There will be a Science Olympiad meeting today Wednesday, 01/24 during ELO. We will discuss the upcoming regional tournament,  as well as additional opportunities for "builds". Any student unable to attend the meeting can come check in with Mrs. Murphy any day this week during ELO in room 526, or after school. 

 

  • Hey 7th graders! On Friday morning, you will come to the media center with your 1st period class to get your vision and hearing screened. WOO HOO! Please remember to wear your glasses or contacts that day AND thanks for being quiet in the media center that morning – this helps our volunteers so much.

 

  • If you are interested in joining NJHS please get an application from Mrs. Darrow, room 508 and turn it in by Friday, January 26th. We are committed to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship here at Kinard and to the Fort Collins community. Members will join your ELO on Wednesday to answer questions and pass out applications.

 

Clubs:

  • Theater Club is today from 3:10 - 4:10pm in the Choir Room.
  • Fitness club is today from 3:15 - 4pm in the Weight Room.
  • STEM Club is today from 3:15 - 4pm in Room 315
  • Mustang Kickers Club and Dungeons & Dragons Club are tomorrow.

 

Athletics:

  • Today our girls basketball teams launch into the season with a scrimmage against Preston.  Our varsity team will be playing in our gym at 3:30 and those athletes will be released at 2:30.  Our C teams will be playing on the road at Preston and will be released at 1:55.

Menu:

  • Today the lunch options are:
    • Asian Bar General Tso Chicken
    • Turkey Avocado Club Wrap
    • Buffalo Chicken Pizza
  • Served for breakfast tomorrow is a whole grain chocolate chip waffle.
