Important Information:

  • Celebrate Kinard’s 20th birthday by coming to the Kinard Wellness Fair, Taste of Kinard, and Food Truck Rally.  It is tomorrow, Thursday, September 5th.  Beat the heat with ice cream samplers while checking out the wellness booths and grab a bite to eat at the food trucks.  All are welcome this Thursday.  Happy Birthday Kinard Middle School!

 

  • Attention 6th Graders in the GT program!  You have a required grade level meeting in the Media Center during ELO today!  Your ELO teacher will have a list of 6th grade names and will dismiss you right after 2:30 to go to the Media Center to meet with Mrs. Grigg.  Please bring your laptop and arrive promptly!

 

 

Clubs:

  • Reminder, Mr. Berthold and Mrs. Murphy will be holding a joint interest meeting about Robotics and Science Olympiad to explain both of the clubs during ELO today.  

Go to your regular ELO for attendance, then come to room 510 (Mr. Berthold’s room) for the meeting at 2:40.

 

 

Athletics:

  • Today our JV/Varsity Girls Volleyball  team plays Preston here. Players should be released from class at 2:30

Volleyball C Teams play at Preston, players released at 1:40, and load the bus at 2:00

 

  • Girls Tennis plays at Fossil Creek Park. Players should be released at 1:15 from class, and load the bus at 1:35
  • Our Boys Tennis team won their match against CLP yesterday - Nice job Boys Tennis.
  • Our football team struggled to find their rhythm and lost at Blevins - they will have their first home game next week against Preston.
