Important Information:

  • October is Futures Month!  Wearing your college gear today?  Remember, take a photo of you and a teacher with both of you with your college gear on and email it to Mrs. Young or Ms. Irvine.  Or have your teacher email the photo.  You will be entered into a drawing for a prize!

 

 

Clubs:

  • The Kinard Student Wellness Team with Mr. Benson will meet today during ELO.  Please meet Mr. Benson in the Cafeteria at 2:35.  All are welcome!
  • The Social Justice Service Learning Team has a meeting today during ELO at 2:35 in the Media Center.
  • The Give Next Club will meet today in the Media Center from 3:15-4:00.  See Mrs. Grigg or Mrs. Fleming for more info. 
  • The student-led Baking Club meets tomorrow, Thursday  in Room 300 from 3:15 to 4:30
  • The Visual and Literary Arts Club will be meeting tomorrow, Thursday from 3:15 to 4:30 in Room 516 Mrs. Van Huss Willis’s room.
  • Attention National Junior Honor Society members-you will have a meeting on Monday, Oct 21 at 7:20 in the Media Center.  Please bring your computer and see you soon! 

 

 

Athletics

  • Reminder to all Boys Basketball Players!  Preseason Camp continues today and will also be happening tomorrow, Thursday.  Any 7th or 8th grade boy interested in trying out is welcome to come to camp.  We will not have camp Friday and tryouts will start next week.  
  • If you participated in a Kinard Fall Sport you should have received a Kinard Athletics T-Shirt. If you never received the white Kinard Athletics T-Shirt, stop by the office and talk to Mr. Healy to get one.
